FlexBurn Wood Burning Stove...complaints fall on deaf ears..I can not find a phone number..
Once the ash box is open it flames up, close the ash box and the flame dies. What does that tell you, NOT ENOUGH AIR. It's either a malfunction in this stove or poor engineering. It's NOT wet wood or a flue pipe problem! It takes hours to get the house warm.
It would be nice if Vermont Castings would contact me to fix the problem!
